I am a registered Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist (BSc) based on the Gold Coast, with over 20 years’ experience in nutrition and healthcare.
I help everyday people and active individuals feel their best through practical, tailored nutrition strategies that fit real life.
Everyone is welcome — whether you’re managing a specific condition or simply want to eat well and feel better.

I provide personalised nutrition guidance across a range of health needs, with particular experience in:

Gut & Digestive Health — restoring gut health, including specialised experience in the Low FODMAP Diet (postgraduate training through Monash University) and fructose malabsorption/intolerance.

About Karin
My approach combines professional training with lived experience. I draw on both my expertise and personal journey — with digestive health and gut support, women’s health across all life stages, hormonal balance and menopause, and sports nutrition for active lifestyles, alongside balancing family, work, and endurance sport. This allows me to provide practical, real-life nutrition strategies and supportive guidance tailored to your goals — whether that’s supporting gut and digestive health, balancing hormones, improving daily wellbeing, or getting you ready to get off the couch, down to your next 5k Parkrun, or endurance event.
Having grown up in Austria and lived in Germany, South Africa, Namibia, and the UK, I bring a broad perspective, helping people from all walks of life find nutrition solutions that truly work.

Endurance Athlete & Nutritionist: My Active Life
My background in endurance sport - triathlon and running - deeply informs how I work with active clients. I understand the demands of training, recovery, and fuelling for both performance and enjoyment. But equally, I work with clients from all walks of life and at all fitness levels. Nutrition and movement are about feeling strong in your own life - whatever that looks like for you, alongside work, family, and everything else that fills your days. I encourage everyone to find ways to incorporate movement into their routines in a way that feels comfortable and achievable, because strength and wellbeing come in many forms
